Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland make up the trio of iconic Spider-Man actors who have starred in the blockbuster franchise. And, as any real Spider-Man fan will know, the three men featured in the latest instalment, Spider-Man: No Way Home.

While the three Hollywood A-Listers are well known for their role, the men behind the stunts have little recognition. Now, a new photo has shown the Spider-man stuntmen who complete the dangerous and death-defying feats that were performed through the films.

Interestingly, it appears as though Holland had two stuntmen, whereas Maguire and Garfield had one each.

Holland enlisted the help of  Luke Scott and Greg Townley for some of his stunts. While Maguire’s stuntman was Chris Daniels and Garfield’s was William Spencer.

All of the stuntmen for Spider-Man: No Way Home appear alongside the title star in a tweet posted by Spider-Man 4K Shots.

In December 2021, Holland shared some more deserved appreciation for his stunt doubles. The 25-year-old posted an Instagram story of him being held by both stuntmen in a pose for the camera.

“Without these legends this movie wouldn’t be half as good,” Holland wrote. “Thank you lads for your hard work and dedication. From Luke’s crash into the stairs to Greg’s falling through the floor to me stubbing my little toe on the glider. It’s been an adventure. Love you lads.”

Tom Holland posts about his Spiderman stunt doubles

Even though Holland has two stuntmen, it’s been revealed by Victoria Alonso, who is Marvel Studios’ EVP of Production and a producer on Spider-Man: No Way Home, that he does a number of his own stunts.

“[Tom] does things that are a little scary, and we encourage him not to [do those things] because, you know, [he] could hurt [himself]… but, you know, as much as he can do, he will do. And whatever he can’t do other CG will take over, or the stunt team will take him to fruition,” she told thedirect.
