Starbucks are bringing Pumpkin Spice flavoured items back to the menu in Australia for a spring time treat.
Pumpkin Spice is a mainstream flavour in America, and not just in their Starbucks stores, but the trend has made its way down under. It’s most commonly associated with Autumn, cold weather, falling leaves and Halloween.
Australians have not seen Pumpkin Spice available since a brief time in 2016, but from tomorrow, August 27th, it will be available in Australian stores for an unknown amount of time.
The flavour will be available for people who enjoy their coffees in various forms. For those who want a heart warming, comforting drink, the traditional Pumpkin Spice Latte is the way to go. However as the weather is warming up and not everyone wants a hot coffee, the Pumpkin Spice Frappucino is back and will be accompanied by a new friend, the Pumpkin Spice Cream Cold Brew.
Of course the latte and frappucino don’t actually taste the pumpkins but all the wonderful spices that go into pumpkin pie. The spices are typically cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sometimes allspice.
We don’t know how long the flavour will be available in Australian stores so make sure you get in quick to try the American inspired coffees.
