One of the biggest names in country music right now, Sturgill Simpson, will hit Australian shores next year for Bluesfest, and today has announced a Sydney headline show.
Last year Simpsons won the Emerging Artist of the Year award at the Americana Music Awards, and this year he walked awaywinning Song of the Year for ‘Turtles All the Way Down’and Artist of the Year. Recently he’s performed atBonnaroo and Willie Nelson’s Fourth of July Picnic.
