Sweethearts rooftop will team up with Sydney food truck Cantina Movil, bringing Mexican street food to the rooftop bar.
On offer is a mix of burritos, nachos, quesadillas and soft shell tacos (porche nos los dos?) filled with your choice of chipotle beef, achiote chicken, chilorio pork or pinto beans.
Heaters and a fiesta fit out will also adorn the rooftop bar for that Mexico in Sydney feel.
There’s also a $45 per head banquet on offer featuring corn chips and dips to start, Mexican street corn seasoned with fire salt, quesadilla in your choice of flavour to share and a selection of tacos.
Sweethearts has also called on old mateDon Julioto serve up a range of tequila-based cocktails and Latino drinks, including Tequila Negroni (with Don Julio Reposado, Antica Formila and Campari), Tequila Espresso Martini, Sangrita and Verdita.
Cantina Movil fare will be on at Sweetheart’s Rooftop bar until August 31.
