The Sydney Fringe Festival is back and taking over the city from Kings Cross toLeichhardt throughout September.

With a festival village in Erskineville and 50 venues across town, this year’s Sydney Fringe promises to infiltrate all the nooks and crannies of the city. Things officially kick off on Saturday September 5 with a launch party at Erskineville Festival Village and shows throughout the entire month.

The festival’s highlights program includes a silent, technology-free dinner party; a community concert complete with food trucks, market stalls andindigenous art making;and a mini-festival of comedy and burlesque at Giant Dwarf. The full program will be announced in August.
