The final The Block house from the 2022 season, which was renovated by Dylan and Jenny, has officially sold four months after the emotional finale.
The five-bedroom Macedon Ranges property was sold for an undisclosed amount to an owner who wasn’t aware that it had been featured on the popular reality show.
“They fell in love the minute they walked through,” TCC Real Estate agent Kirrilly Evans who sold the home told the NCA NewsWire.
Dylan and Jenny’s property was one of two The Block houses which didn’t sell at the show’s finale auction, the other was Ankur and Sharon’s.
Sharon shared a video on her Instagram to celebrate the sale of the house. “THE ULTIMATE VALENTINES DAY NEWS!
We are SO incredibly thrilled that @dylanandjenny, the 2022 engaged lovebirds house now has sold 😃🙌🏻✨,” the post is captioned.

The 18th season of The Block was shrouded in controversy, with a lot of the drama related to a bidder called Adrian Portelli who bid on the winning property, Omar and Oz’s house.
Omar and Oz’s triumph was overshadowed by speculation that they have a personal relationship with Adrian Portelli, who was locked in a bidding war for their property.
Although Omar and Oz’s house sold to Danny Wallis, he battled two other fellow bidders who drew up the price. One of those bidders was multi-millionaire Adrian.
Adrian later defended himself against “dummy-bidder” claims, and went on to purchase Sharon and Akur’s house, which didn’t sell at auction.
“Well this is going to rustle some feathers… Someone’s winning one of The Block houses! A lot of Australia doubted the man however Adrian has gone and bought Ankur and Sharon’s house 3 and one of you lucky buggers is going to win it! 
,” he caption a photo of the house on Instagram.
