Coinciding with The Mandalorian season two finale which aired over the weekend, Xbox have unveiled some very limited controllers.

So don’t worry, this isn’t the time or place for season finale spoilers – although in case you haven’t watched that final episode yet, tread the internet lightly. You never know when one might pop up.

However, this is the time and the place to talk about something very exciting from Xbox, who’ve just unveiled two custom controllers inspired by The Mandalorian.

To create the controllers, Xbox teamed up with Lucasfilm Games.

Xbox’s principle designer, Elliott Hsu has said of the creation, “The custom controllers feature sketches of the now iconic Child wielding the Force and the steely Mandalorian’s beskar armored profile. Both designs have a pop of color – what we’re affectionately calling Tatooine tangerine for the Child and Tython turquoise for the Mandalorian.”

The only way to obtain the controllers is to enter their sweepstakes between December 17 and 28, as long as you’re a resident of the United States.

Yes, that definitely sucks for all of us who worship Baby Yoda and don’t reside in the US.

In other news, it turns out that you too can eat those macarons that Baby Yoda eats in The Mandalorian: The Siege episode. And they can actually be purchased – if you’re willing to splash the cash.

They’ve been made possible by Williams Sonoma and they’re known as “Nevarro Nummies Macarons”.

Described as, “Inspired by a sweet moment when a young Nevarro student debated sharing his treats with the Child, 21st-century artisans in California have created these ethereal French-style almond macarons capturing the essence of this scene with Nevarro Nummies. For authentic galactic flavor, each exquisite treat is artfully hand-piped with a rich, creamy vanilla filling.”

So who’ll be getting their hands on any of this memorabilia?
