Expansion packs for The Sims 4 just keep on coming, and their latest announcement is sure to excite Star Wars fans.
The hugely popular game has revealed they will be releasing The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu as a new game pack set to drop September 8th.
The game is set to be chock-a-block with Star Wars features, including spaceships like the X-Wing and Millennium Falcon, lightsaber and blaster battles, aliens, stormtroopers and rebels, R2D2, and plenty of home customisation options to turn your house into a Star Wars-themed den.
According to The Sims 4 website, the newest expansion will allow players to engage in “playful lightsaber training sessions” as well as the ability to “create your Star Wars story”, all while The Resistance, First Order and “scoundrels” are fighting for ultimate control of Batuu, and you can influence the outcome.
According to a press release, the devs set out to create an authentic and immersive Star Wars experience for player.”
In the game’s trailer, Rey and Kylo Ren can be seen, which gives us hope that even more characters hailing from the Star Wars universe will make an appearance in the game pack.
The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu will be available for the Xbox One and PS4 as well as the PC through Steam or Origin on September 8th.
