Question: What do you get when you chuck together some creepy looking Sylvanian dolls, a bunch of pop culture references and a TikTok account? Answer: @sylavaniandrama AKA one of the most entertaining new social media accounts that’s sure to burn through hours of your day.

The somewhat undercover account has been taking TikTok by storm and features dressed up dolls equipped with subtitles which rival the drama of the upper east side on Gossip Girl. Most of the clips have current pop culture references and so far the account has covered the likes of One Direction, Avril Lavigne and Kendall Jenner.

Celebrity references aside, @slyvaniandrama also features short hilarious clips of regular drama between the dolls as well as a tonne of relatable clips. See exhibit A:

If you’ve ever fell down a YouTube hole and spent hours mindlessly scrolling through random videos then this account will probably be your jam.

Though the concept is totally random and it was only started two months ago, @sylavaniandrama has managed to rack up quite an audience, the account already has 611.8k followers on TikTok and the Instagram account is gaining traction with approximately 1000 new followers a day.

Most One Direction stans will remember the rumours about Louis Hamilton and Harry Styles – dubbed as ‘Larry’ – having a secret romance while in the pop band together. The comic account addresses the rumours in a clip, seemingly showing a fan walking in on ‘Larry’ making out back stage.

The owner of the hilarious account has been unveiled as a 19-year-old Irish girl Thea who films the scenes at home.

“Last Friday I was just bored in the house so I decided to take down my Sylvanian’s from the attic,” she explained on the Ryan Tubridy show.

She shared that once the set up was done, it reminded her of Desperate Housewives inspiring her to make some drama filled clips.

“I was just making these videos for my friends and people just saw them overnight and started asking for more,” she said.

If the rapidly growing fan base isn’t proof enough, @sylavaniandrama fans are here for her clips. The comments section is littered with skull emojis (dead) and crying laughing faces.

“I wake up every morning for Sylvanian drama,” posted one fan.

“I would DIE for whoever runs this account says another,” posted another fan.
