Hilarious U.S. comedian Tim Dillon has announced he’s bringing his A Real Hero tour to Australia in April and May.

Beginning in Sydney on April 28th, Dillon will the bring his powerful stand-up to Melbourne’s Palais Theatre, Brisbane’s QPAC Concert Hall, and Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre, before concluding his tour in Perth’s Crown Theatre on May 4th (see full dates below).

The multi-hyphenate – he’s also a podcaster, writer, and actor – has become one of the U.S.’s strongest comics operating today. His stand-up shows mimic the same energy he shows on his acclaimed podcast, The Tim Dillon Show, which places him as the second top creator globally on Patreon. In fact, Dillon’s comedic presence has made his guest appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience the number five most listened to episode of Rogan’s podcast on Spotify.

After winning the title of New York’s Funniest at Carolines NY Comedy Festival back in 2016, the following year saw him named as one of the top ten comics you need to know by Rolling Stone. Comedy Central and Netflix specials then premiered in 2018, adding to Dillon’s worldwide renown.

With well-received slots at the Oddball Comedy Festival, the Glasgow Comedy Festival, SXSW, among many others, he’s a a seasoned touring performer. He also created and hosts Tim Dillon’s Real NY Tour, which comically takes the audience around Manhattan on a double decker bus.

Tickets for Dillon’s Australian tour are on sale now, and complete tour and ticket information can be found via livenation.com.au.
