Tom Holland makes fun of Mark Wahlberg’s ‘stache in the new trailer for the Uncharted movie, which is kind of called for.

It’s pretty easy to say that Holland has had a banger of a 2021. Starring in a movie that is the third biggest domestic opener ever (not adjusted for inflation) and dating Zendaya (even if a producer told them not to), he also made a young fan’s dream come true. 2022 is shaping up to be just as jam-packed too, playing Fred Astaire in a biopic about the great performer and starring in Uncharted, based on one of the most popular story-based video game series of all time produced by Naughty Dog.

On Thursday, Sony released a new trailer for the film, which exposed much more content that fans love in comparison to the first trailer. Holland gets to be in his Spidey-element, swinging from dangling light to dangling light and falling out of an aeroplane. We also get to see Mark Wahlberg in all of his glory, gorgeous Sully mustache and all. This is very important for die hard video game fans – many people were upset that the Sully from the first trailer was clean shaven.

Here’s the official synopsis Sony released for the plot:

Street-smart thief Nathan Drake is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Moncada, who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother … but only if they can work together.

Uncharted also stars Sophia Ali as Chloe and Antonio Banderas, and is set to open up in cinemas on February 18.
