In news that ushered in intrusive memories of being keeled over the porcelain throne, projectile vomiting bile — Darlinghurst bar Tommy’s are set to host bottomless margarita brunches.
Tommy’s will celebrate their grand opening on Friday, June 11th at 5 pm. The new joint is set to kick things off with a bang, offering $5 tacos all weekend long. Chef’s Alan Gallo and Alvaro Valenzuela have carefully curated an authentic Mexican menu: think tacos brimming with slow-roasted lamb, supple pork belly and crispy baja fish, tostadas and quesadilla’s. You’ll be able to pair them with 10 bespoke margaritas and a bunch of delicious signature cocktails.
Now the real kicker: every Saturday and Sunday Tommy’s will host a bottomless margarita brunch from 12 pm-5 pm. A truly insane and dangerous concept. This is how I’ll meet my end. I will fall on the sword of the spicy margarita and I will relish it.

The banquet menu offers the likes of a chips and guacamole starter, corn ribs, watermelon salad, ceviche, tacos, quesadillas, papas braves and a churro dessert.
