A Tribe Called Red will be heading out on their first major Australian tour, bringing with them the audio-visual experienced that wowed crowds at SXSW.
A Tribe Called Red aim to challenge stereotypes about indigenous people by taking video segments from pop culture and remixing it with traditional culture, contemporary dance and b-boy styling. Their self titled album was released in 2012, and long-listed for the Polaris Music Prize.
A Tribe Called Red will play the Sydney Opera House as part of Homeground Festival on Saturday November 21.
