I think we can all agree that 2019 has been a glorious year for vegan treats. Back in January, Magnums, Cornettos and Weis Bars were all given a vegan makeover. Now, another iconic Aussie staple is getting the cruelty-free treatment. Parlour Lane has announced that they will be releasing a range of vegan-friendly Choc Tops, available exclusively at Event Cinemas in NSW and QLD.
Parlour Lane have collaborated with the overlords of vegan ice-cream, Over The Moo, to create two unbearably delicious flavours, Chocolate and Salted Caramel.
“Parlour Lane’s new Vegan-approved Choc Tops are the perfect addition to our menu. With their creamy and indulgent Over The Moo coconut based ice cream, dairy-free and vegan chocolate topping and waffle cones, they offer our vegan and dairy-free audience the opportunity to experience the quintessential Australian pastime of munching on a delicious Choc Top while watching the latest blockbuster on the silver screen,” shared Adam Petta, Group Director of Culinary for Event Hospitality and Entertainment.
The choc tops will set you back $6.50. There’s no word on the street yet as to whether you’ll be able to pick up a combo deal with Event Cinema’s accidentally vegan popcorn but a girl can dream.
