Award winning musical Violetis premiering in Australia this November.
The play tells the story of a young disfigured woman called Violet, who makes a pilgrimige from North Carolina to Oklahoma to be healed by a televangelist. Violet’s journey evokes memories of her father within her, and follows her exploration of the struggles of their relationship. Accompanied by a mix of gospel, blues and country music, the play is lively and exciting telling of a young woman’s search for beauty.

Violet will be played at Hayes Theatre Co from Friday November 27 – Sunday December 20
