Fabled internet heroes The Try Guys have announced they will be bringing their lauded live experience Legends of The Internet tour to our humble shores. For two days in September, The Try Guys will be unveiling upon audiences the unique chaos that has earned them a following that’s larger than some nations.
Coming out of the Buzzfeed Orbit, Keith Habersberger, Ned Fulmer, Zach Kornfeld and Eugene Lee Yang AKA The Try Guys have taken a ‘hands on’ approach to experiencing the world through the eyes, ears and pain receptors of others. Their “Try anything and everything” approach to content has worked, pulling in a mental 6.1 million subscribers and amassing a head-spinning 2 billion views since their inception.
Even if you aren’t a subscriber, you’d struggle to find someone, anyone, who hasn’t enjoyed one of their videos whether it was the time they dressed in Drag for the first time ever, or that one time they simulated the pain of pregnancy using electrodes, The Try Guys penetrated the zeitgeist time and time again with their weird and wonderful experiments.
Those who have been paying attention will also be familiar with the fella’s podcast, The Trypod or their very first book, The Hidden Power of F*cking Up, which hit shelves in June.
Legends of The Internet has had audiences haha’ing and omg’ing all throughout North America, so we have a fairly good idea of what awaits us upon their arrival. The shows have been praised as equal parts comedy and spectacle all woven together by the adoring tapestry of their endearing friendship. So, let’s add plenty of Aww’ing to the mix as well.
