The arena performance for ‘Distant Worlds’, which will bring the Final Fantasy soundtrack to life in Melbourne, is just under a month away.

On August 24, Melbourne Arena will be converted into an ethereal world where a 100-piece Distant World Philharmonic and Chorus will breathe new life into the music from cult video game series, Final Fantasy.

Following on a sold out show at Sydney’s ICC Theatre in 2017, Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy will treat Australian audiences once again to a special one-off, show to honour the original Final Fantasy VII. 

Featuring special guest Yoko Shimomura, composer of Final Fantasy XV, and an orchestra and chorus led by Grammy-winning conductor Arnie Roth, Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy is set to be a breathtaking multi-media spectacular.

Set to be Distant World’s largest performance to date, the arena show is an essential experience for fans of the game.
