Double J brought together a stack of the best Aussie artists of the ’90s earlier this month as they packed You Am I, Killing Heidi, Jebediah frontman Kevin Mitchell and Gerling’s Darren cross into the recently-reopened Sydney hub the Lansdowne.

Presented by triple j’s own Myf and Zan, it looked like a brilliant evening for those of us who lived through it all the first time, and now we’ve got some footage of You Am I teaming up with Kevin on a cover version of the Regurgitator classic ‘I Sucked A Lot Of Cock To get Where I Am’.

You Am I of course took out the #1 spot in Double J’s recent Top 50 Aussie songs of the ’90s with ‘Berlin Chair’, while the station also ran through the decade’s top 50 overlooked gems.

Check out the footage of the gig below, and stick around until the end for a pretty touching moment between Kevin and the band.
