From 3 pm every Sunday you can head to the Potts Point Hotel for an afternoon of sumptuous Jazz from the Michael Griffin Quartet. If you’re in the mood to watch money spark off your fingers like inconsequential fireworks, Hubert is the opulent dining experience of your dreams.
