The hilarious Aussie comedian Ibby (aka Ibrahim Akbar) is headed on his first national tour in August, and to celebrate we’re giving away four double passes to his shows in Sydney.

Kicking off his very first comedy tour ‘I Am’ around the country in August with a slew of shows already sold out, we thought what better way to celebrate up-and-coming Australian comedy than by sending some of our very own readers along. You and a friend could be heading along to the shows at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on either Wednesday, August 25th or Friday, August 27th – it’s your choice! We have two double passes to give away to both shows.

For your chance to win, all you have to do is fill in the form to subscribe to the Comedian Observer and let us know which show you’d like to attend, it’s that easy.

While it may be Ibby’s debut live comedy show, having racked up a cult following of over 200,000 fans he’s certainly not a new kid on the comedy block. His career kicked off with a collection of videos ranging from skits to rants about everyday topics, drawing on his experience growing up in an ethnic family, to relationships, to poking fun at society in general.

Now he’s transforming his videos into a live show on the stage, where fans can expect an inside look into his world. The show covers topics like his childhood – his parents migrated to Australia from Afghanistan but Ibby was born and raised in Melbourne – to society in 2021 and much more. Nothing is off limits for this one hour of hilarity!
