Pop-punk group The Wonder Years have announced a Sydney show in support of their latest album, No Closer To Heaven.

No Closer To Heaven arrives as the fifth studio album for The Wonder Years, following on from their previous efforts The Greatest Generation and Get Stoked On It!. Produced by Steve Evetts (Story of the Year, Sepultura), the record is a concept album revolving around the loss of a loved one, marking a return to form for the group after chief songwriter Daniel Campbell overcame an extended writer’s block.

The Wonder Years will play at UTS Underground on Saturday May 7. Tickets through Destroy All Lines.
