Experimental satire, ‘Your Ego,’ is an art show that questions the way in which our subconscious manipulates our behaviour and results in stupidity, selfishness and insecurity.

Madeleine Pfull and William Meadley want you to think about how we use social media. Is it self expression or outright ego-stroking? Through a series of experimental paintings and drawings, they expose the needy underside of our over-sharing culture. Probably best to avoid taking selfies at the show.

‘Your Ego’ is opening at the Tate Gallery on Wednesday April 2 at 8pm, with more information available on the website.
