That truly terrible Cristiano Ronaldo statue has a strong competitor for worst replica with this cursed new Michael B. Jordan waxwork. 

An image has circulated on Twitter of a fan posing with the huge wax statue, which barely resembles the Creed star. The skin colour, for one thing, is considerably lighter than Jordan’s. “They made Michael B Jordan a light skin dominican,” mocked someone. “Looks like Michael B Hernandez,” laughed someone else.

Other people thought the waxwork looked much more like other celebrities, including Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen, golfer Tiger Woods, and Boston Celtics player Jayson Tatum. Anyone but Michael B. Jordan, basically. The best comment, though, has to be this: “That’s Michael Can’t B Jordan,” joked Dr. Raven the Science Maven.

From woeful waxworks to bad breakups, Jordan’s been having a rough time recently. The actor broke up with Lori Harvey after a year-and-a-half of dating, with Jordan’s anguished face painfully caught on camera at a basketball game following the relationship ending.

According to People, sources said that Harvey and Jordan were just at different places in life and were after different things. Jordan allegedly wanted to take their relationship to the next level, while she wasn’t ready to make such a commitment at this point in her life. Still, at least he doesn’t have to see Lori’s dad Steve Harvey at Thanksgiving now.

Jordan is currently filming Creed III, the sequel to 2018’s well-received Creed II and the ninth instalment (ninth?!) in the Rocky franchise. The film is also Jordan’s feature film directorial debut, and is expected to arrive in cinemas in November.

One franchise we might not see Jordan back in is Black Panther, with the actor not confirming if he’ll be featured in Wakanda Forever.
