The Laugh Stand, an indestructible night of giggles, chortles and guffaws, will continue to go forth into the night at Harold Park Hotel come this May.
Trusty Harold and his Park Hotel have long housed big wig, pro and rising comedians. Every Tuesday from 8pm, nestled away in a nook of Glebe, your hair, why it should be let wild and the boots, they should be a-cleansed, because adults of their own free volition will ascend the stage and make you laugh.
You may have been beaten into the grumps by Monday, but Tuesday, Tuesday is different. So let Tuesday, Harold and The Laugh Stand make it all somewhat alright.
Ireland’s Nartin Henchion hosts the Tuesday May 3 event with headliner Gary Sansome, while other headliners in May include Jared Jekyll (Tuesday May 10), Jacques Barrett (Tuesday May 17), Ciaran Lyons (Tuesday May 24) and Peter Berner (Tuesday May 31).
With $10 entry and $5 schooners, this should be just what the doc ordered.
The guffaws get guffed at the Harold Park Hotel,Glebe, every Tuesday from 8pm.
