Orphans will open at the Old Fitz Theatre in April.

The play focuses on two young orphaned boys residing in a dilapidated old family home in North Philadelphia as older brother Treat attempts to provide for his younger brother Philip. When Treat kidnaps the middle-aged, wealthy and mysterious Harold, the tables turn as he transforms into a father figure for the boys.

Hilarious and heartbreaking, Lyle Kessler’s highly acclaimedOrphans explores the relationship between father and son, brother and brother.

Orphans will be playing at the Old Fitz Theatre from Tuesday April 14 – Saturday May 9.
