The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room is hosting its annualOyster Festival throughoutAugust.

There’s no need to get shellfish – there will beover 20 types of oysterson display (including the giantJurassic oyster), as well asa series of masterclasses and shucking stations led by talented executive chef Sean Connelly.

The program includes aWhisky and Oyster Masterclass, beer, wine and cocktail specials and a daily‘Oyster Hour’. Mollusc madness will reign between 6pm and 7pmwhen alloysters areonly$1 each.
