Africultures, Sydney’s only annual festival celebrating the wonders of African culture, returns this March with a festive and exciting event.

Big, colourful and fun, Africultures showcases the best in cultural diversity, celebrating the vibrance of African community in Sydney and across the country.

The one-day event aims to bring together people from different African communities with the broader Australian community, sharing different traditions, music, fashions, dance and food, the absolute embodiment of Sydney’s multiculturalism.

Lidcome’s Wyatt Park will be transformed in to an exotic African Village with over 70 stalls of arts and fashion and two stages presenting African music and dance.

The success of the bold and bright Africultures 2015 saw 30 of Africa’s 53 sovereign countries represented, and this year even more can be expected.

Africultures takes place in Wyatt Park, Lidcombe, on Saturday March 12 from 11am.
