To celebrate the 10th anniversary of A Song Is A CityEskimo Joe lead singer Kav Temperley has announced a huge solo acoustic tour.
The double platinum album was responsible for putting the Fremantle band on the map and skyrocketed to #2 on the ARIA charts. On the upcoming tour, Temperley will to treat audiences to acoustic versions of the classics and share stories about the influences of the tracks. He will also play covers of some of the songs that influenced the album, all with the help of multi-instrumentalist Lee Jones.
Kav Temperley will play Newtown Social Club on Saturday July 19. Tickets go on sale Thursday June 19 at 9am from KavTemperley.com. Every person who buys a ticket will also get an EP on arrival to the gig, featuring a selection of cover songs that Temperley has recorded which influenced A Song Is A City.
