Hardcore band Gideon will be making their first trip to our shores this May.
Boasting gnarly vocals and heavyweight metal riffs that are still melodic – metal melodic, not Jason Derulo ‘melodic’ – Gideon are set to conquer Sydney. Since forming in 2008, they have released two full-length albums, their most recent beingMilestone. But it has been the near-relentless touring since that has given rise to theirlegendary live shows which generally end in bruised fans, but that’s probably what you came to a hardcore show for, anyway. Alongside them will play Sydney band Vices, who grabbed attention of fans and bookers with Between My Mind And The World, a heart-throbbing, fist pumping crash course in metal.
