June Long Weekend @ Bungalow 8

To celebrate the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend in June, Bungalow 8 are hosting an all-day urban art workshop in conjunction with aMBUSH Gallery.

Happening on Sunday June 8, the event will feature some of Australia’s most revered artists, who’ll take part in live art events including workshops, kid’s (temporary) tattooing as well as live music into the evening.

Throughout the day you can pop in to a workshop run by urban artists and poet Mulga; photographer Mandy Schone-Salter will teach artists how to create their ‘signature look’; and self-taught artist and tattooist Sprinkles will host tattoo drawing classes.

There’ll be heap more art workshops on hand from various other artists, and music will be supplied courtesy of Duan & Only, Meklit, Cavan and DJ Micky D.
