As many as 19 deaths have been confirmed after explosions reportedly went off at Manchester Arena during an Ariana Grande concert overnight.
Footage and first-hand reports are flooding social media, with witnesses claiming “loud noises” which they believe to be either gunfire or explosions of some kind.
