It’s cold outside, so why risk getting frost bite when you can enjoy live music all cozied up?

Twin Lakes are bringing their intricate indie rock to the Lansdowne in their first show since returning Down Under. Hailing from Newcastle, they have just returned from Canada where they represented us at Music Week. While their sound has been described as “chill”, particularly theyir newly released single ‘Glacier’, apparently their live performance is anything but.

Don’t take our word for it – see what all the hype is about before they release their much awaited debut album. And while you’re at it, you can check out the (kind of) recently re-opened Lansdowne, one of Sydney’s most winter-friendly pubs. You can’t keep a good venue downe.

Twin Lakes will be at the Lansdowne on Friday August 15, along with Taking Berlin and Montes Jura, free entry.
