To celebrate the release of the BBC’s highly anticipated new series of Doctor Who. Jewellery designer Alex Monroe has created a gorgeous capsule collection.
The designer collaborated with the BBC Studios costume team to realise the 13th Doctor’s new outfit.
Monroe collaborated with the BBC Studios costume team to create the 13th Doctor’s new outfit. The finished product resulted in an intricate ear cuff worn by the Doctor in series 11.
In a statement, Monroe has explained “I love Doctor Who and watched it religiously when I was a kid and now my kids absolutely love it. I have three girls, each one brought up with a different Doctor. To create a piece for the show and such a strong character is incredibly rewarding and exciting.”
