Four former MAFS grooms battled it out in the boxing ring last night, where Brent Vitiello faced Daniel Holmes, and Jackson Lonie went up against Sam Carraro.
Vitiello’s TV bride Tamara Djordjevic and Carolina Santos – who was matched with another groom in the experiment but went home with Holmes – surprised everyone by being ring girls for the Team Ellis Boxing event.
As reported by Daily Mail Australia, the pair kept their appearance under wraps to surprise their former beaus – also surprising friends Olivia Frazer and Jessica Seracino.
Former personal trainer and fave to win Holmes defeated rival Vitiello in their stoush, although neither of last season’s MAFS grooms managed to land any stand-out hits on the other.
Holmes was declared the winner after three rounds by judges’ decision.
“Doubt me now, doubt me now, doubt me now,” Holmes yelled into the mic during his victory speech.
“WE DID IT!” he shared to Instagram following his win. “Months of hard work all comes down to one moment. Great night.”

The ‘Fight at First Sight’ event also saw 2022 groom Jackson Lonie go up against 2021 groom Sam Carraro, with Lonie comfortably defeating his opponent in the third round by KO.
The final hit resulted in Sam dramatically folding to the floor, where he lay unconscious for a few seconds.
Lonie’s TV wife Olivia Frazer was not only in attendance at the event, she followed it with an Instagram post declaring how proud she was of her on and off-screen ex.
