Alright, so tomorrow’s January 26th, better known to many as Australia Day, and of course a lot of us have been given the day off. Sounds like a sweet deal right?
Well, it is until you find yourself needing some of the essentials (or a new pair of thongs, once your old ones suffer a blowout during backyard cricket) and you realise you’ve got no idea if the shops are open.
That’s where we come in. We’ve gone and taken a look around at the opening hours of all the Westfield shopping centres in the country to let you know just if and when the shops are open on Australia.
Of course, keep in mind that some stores within your local Westfield might be closed, but the vast majority should be open during these times. However, spare a thought for the poor South Aussies – if they’re in need of an emergency pair of board shorts, they’ll find themselves waiting until Saturday morning at the earliest.
