There are a bunch of great video games coming out in February 2021 so we’ve put together a list of the ones to keep an eye on.

Now that the attention on Cyberpunk 2077 and Hitman 3 has mostly passed, it’s time to start looking forward to what video games are on the cards come February 2021.

And it seems like we’re in for a huge month of gaming because there are seven – yes seven – titles that are worth your attention in February.

So if you were planning to take it easy next month, best push that to March because all your time will be spent playing these highly anticipated games.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood

You’re playing an eco-terrorist werewolf with anger issues trying to take down an evil corporation that’s polluting the earth and it’ll be in the form of a third-person, single-player action-RPG.

If that’s not enough to get you hooked then I don’t know what is.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood is set for release on Thursday, February 4th, for all consoles except for the Nintendo Switch.

Nioh and Nioh 2

For those PS5 owners who haven’t dabbled in the wondrous – and stupidly difficult – world of Nioh and Nioh 2, remastered complete editions of the game are coming.

If you haven’t got a PS5, don’t worry as the Complete Edition of Nioh 2 is also headed to PC and PS4.

Nioh Remastered – The Complete Edition (PS5), Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition (PC and PS4), and Nioh 2 Remastered – The Complete Edition (PS5) is set for release on Friday, February 5th.

Little Nightmares 2

As much as I can’t stand horror, the first Little Nightmares was one of those platforming games that played so well that I was able to swallow my fear.

And from what I’ve seen so far, Little Nightmares 2 looks to bring more of the same sort of horror-platforming goodness. That’s not a bad thing at all.

Guess this means I’ll have to work up the courage again in order to play this gorgeous looking game.

Little Nightmares 2 is set for release on Thursday, February 11th, for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury

There hasn’t been a bad Mario game for god knows how long and it looks like Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury will keep that streak of quality games going for Nintendo.

An enhanced port of Super Mario 3D World for the Wii U (remember that console?), Bowser’s Fury is an extra campaign in which Mario teams up with Bowser Jr. to stop Bowser from doing his usual “destroy the world” thing.

The really good part though? The new Bowser’s Fury campaign takes place in a large 3D world where you can roam around, not unlike Super Mario Odyssey. I’m already sold.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is set for release on Friday, February 12th, for Nintendo Switch.

Persona 5: Strikers

Persona 5 is one of the greatest RPGs ever made and any additional Person 5 content is more than welcome.

Enter Persona 5: Strikers, which is a Dynasty Warriors spin-off that serves as a direct sequel to the main narrative of Persona 5.

This game has actually been out in Japan for a while and we’re only getting it now. But hey, good things come to those who wait and a new journey with the Phantom Thieves is definitely worth waiting for.

Persona 5: Strikers is set for release on Tuesday, February 23rd, for PC, Nintendo Switch, and PS4.

Bravely Default 2

For those who love a good ol’ JRPG, Bravely Default 2 is the perfect game for you.

A sequel to the original Bravely Default, this new title is set in a new continent and follows four new protagonists – a young sailor named Seth, a refugee princess named Gloria, a travelling scholar named Elvis, and a mercenary named Adelle.

It’s easy on the eye, set in a fantastical fictional world, has magic, and the follow up to a critically-acclaimed game so you’d be foolish to sleep on this title.

Bravely Default 2 is set for release on Friday, February 26th, for the Nintendo Switch.
