Don’t lose your blob about it, but Billy Elliot the musical is heading back to Australia for a national run of performances.
Billy Elliot The Musical will kick off at Sydney Lyric Theatre from October 10 2019, followed by seasons at Adelaide’s Festival Theatre Centre from Decembre 2019, Melbourne’s Regent Theatre from February 2020, Perth’s Crown Theatre from June 2020 and Brisbane’s QPAC Lyric Theatre from July 2020.
The universally beloved musical features music by the inimitable Elton John, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, and choreography by Stephen Daldry. Billy Elliot the Musical has received 85 awards internationally, including 10 Tony Awards, 5 Olivier Awards and 8 Helpmann Awards.
