Blac Chyna is finally getting her day in court.

The model and ‘entrepreneur’ is taking the Kardashians – minus Kendall – to task over the cancellation of her reality show, Rob & Chyna, back in 2017.

Now – five years later – Chyna says she is planning to “re-focus” her attention on her trial “against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kylie” which goes to court in just under two weeks.

“When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” Chyna posted in a statement on social media.

“I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong’. And what they did was so wrong,” she wrote.

As TMZ reported at the time, Chyna was suing the Kardashians for the E! network show’s cancellation, claiming the family “interfered” with the shooting of Rob & Chyna to the point the network pulled the plug due to the “impossible” production situation.

She claimed that the network, the production company and the stars of the show (herself and Rob Kardashian) were all on board to shoot a 2nd season, but Kris Jenner and her family were “pulling strings” to get the show axed for a number of reasons, including what she called “racist motives”.

According to TMZ today, the Kardashians and their attorneys vehemently deny the allegations, saying Chyna herself make the show impossible to continue due to her restraining order against Rob Kardashian, and the volatility of their relationship in general.

They have denied her claims of racism, too, saying it reeks of desperation and that her rationale has changed a lot over the last five years.

Chyna – who shares a daughter, Dream, with Kardashian and a son, King, with Kylie Jenner’s ex Tyga – said she was “thankful” a jury will finally hear “what really happened behind closed doors”.

“At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me,” she said in her statement.

“And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too.”

Just days ago, Chyna took the kids’ dads to task, claiming she had to sell three vehicles because she receives no child support from them.

Both of them publicly defended her claims on The Shade Room‘s Instagram..

“I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. I handle every single medical expense,” Rob Kardashian wrote.

“I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol.”

Tyga chimed in with, “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”
