Cocktail concoctors Byrdi have rolled out their aptly named Byrdi On The Fly delivery service, which will bring bottled cocktails straight to your front door.
Since we can’t get all gussied up to go out to the clubs, and making cocktails with friends is off the cards, we can at least sip on some glorious, alcoholic bevvies while in iso, because the cocktail maestros at Byrdi have unveiled their glorious delivery service.
Only available to Melburnians – sorry, Sydney-siders – Byrdi is offering up five separate cocktails for us to tuck into, and each of them are crafted with the most choice ingredients, often using influences from Australian flora and fauna.
From a Wattleseed Negroni boasting cold vacuum infused gin, to a Fennel Pollen Sazerac with wild Australian fennel pollen and lemon peel, you won’t be left wanting more flavour.
There’s even a Lamington inspired cocktail, which has a base of Australian sugarcane spirits, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and is finished off with a raspberry vermouth – how wonderfully perfect does that sound?
Or, if you’re really needing a sip of something, you could order their Byrds Of A Feather pack, which samples all of their wonderful creations they currently have on offer.
