From the creators of The Soda Factory comes the spicier, cosier and more exotic, Rosie Campbell’s.

It’s a new Caribbean-style walk-in jerk diner and rum bar opening early July on the corner of Crown and Campbell St, Surry Hills.

Head Chef, Adrian Poon is no stranger to the region and is set to showcase his love, passion and knowledge for the cuisine of the Caribbean.

The menu features weird and wonderful stuff like jamaican patties (Red Stripe braised oxtail), jerk pork dumplings, coconut-infused rice and peas and a soft-shell crab burger.

Wash all that down with a selection of over 50 bottles of imported Rum from Cuba and other Caribbean islands or a Brooklyn Lager, Bluemoon or Red Stripe.

Rosie Campbell’s is set to open early July for brunch, lunch and dinner from 11 am to midnight Tuesday to Sunday and 4 pm to midnight on Mondays. For more information visit the website.
