The Sex and the City reboot, And Just Like That is looking like an absolute treat for OG fans. And the latest update in the spoiler saga is a juicy one.

Yep, the show’s protagonist and constant fashion queen, Carrie Bradshaw has been spotted back in the City of Love with her main man, Mr. Big aka Big aka John James Preston.

For those who aren’t fully across the significance of Paris in the Carrie/Big relationship, here’s a brief recap.

Basically the pair break up early on in the series because Big leaves New York to go to Paris without telling Carrie.

Eventually the pair get back together and break up a couple more times before Big eventually meets his next wife, Natasha in the French capital.

In the final season of the show, Carrie moves to Paris with her older artist boyfriend, Aleksandr Petrovsky – despite something about the relationship being kind of off.

And then in the last episode, Carrie’s girls eventually tell Mr. Big to go to Paris and bring their girl home to New York. Big and Carrie then live happily ever after.

Paris is also left out of the story lines in the ‘Sex and the City’ movies, so naturally with the city having so much history in the pair’s relationship, one can only be curious to wonder why exactly they return there.

Are they there for Fashion Week? Are they holidaying? Did Big finally follow Carrie to Paris for work? I guess we’ll find out soon as the reboot is set to drop later this year.

Despite there being so much to look forward to, there will absolutely be an element of mourning and tragedy as Willie Garson who played the role of Stanford Blatch passed away last month.

Rest in peace Willie Garson.
