The Cat Empire have announced they will be heading around the country for a huge month long tour this September and October.

The six-piece are bringing two special guests along and are promising a spectacle that includes trumpets, trombones, baritone horns, guitars, drums, percussion, and a man who has been described as having a whole orchestra in his mouth.

Joining the tour is Latin reggae nine-piece Madre Monte and the one-man-mouth-band Thom Thum.

The Cat Empire, with support from Madre Monte and Thom Thum, have planned a string of NSW shows. Catch them at Hordern Pavilion on Saturday October 18.
