Have you exhausted your Netflix queue? Read all the books in your house? Looking for a new skill? Well, this Melbourne ceramics studio has got you covered – they’re offering delivery for at-home pottery kits.

We know that quarantine can be a bit boring. We’re all stuck inside, there aren’t any concerts going, and doing a puzzle can only be so much fun. But, there’s a new thing you can now do from home: pottery.

Elsternwick’s Ceramiques are now offering home delivery of their $65 pottery kits, so you can up your skills during quarantine, or perhaps just pick up a new skill in general.

Including 10 kilograms of hand-building clay, plus every tool necessary to make beautiful creations at home, the kit will set you back $65, and it will be delivered straight to your doorstep.

The studio also has online clay working tutorials so you can know exactly what to do when it comes to making pottery, and not be afraid to mess up.

“So you’re self isolating?,” their website asks, “this pack is for you! 10kg of delicious hand-building clay goodness and all the tools you need to help you get messy at home.”

“Delivery is included in your Claykit price! Clay tutorial videos and skill set information will be available after you’ve received your Claykit! We’re so excited for you to get messy!”

After you’ve made your beautiful new creation, the folks at Ceramiques also have a pick-up and drop-off service available so your pottery can be fired in their kiln.

You can find Ceramiques Claykits via their website. So, what are you waiting for? Start creating!
