Iconic ex-Australian Rules Football player Dane Swan has just launched a hilarious GoFundMe campaign – fully taking the piss out of infamous Israel Folau’s recent campaign.

The 35-year-old ex-Collingwood FC player has launched the plea for cash – aiding the costs of his next Las Vegas bender – dubbing the campaign a “sesh” fund.

Swan, who finished a stunning AFL career in 2016, released a satiric Twitter video, explaining his desperate need for $3 million, claiming to have set up a GoFundMe page for his crucial cause.

“I believe it is my duty as a servant of the sesh to set the standard on the circuit for Instagram and Snapchat.” Swan said in his Twitter post.

Watch Swan’s hilarious video clip:

He mocks Folau’s campaign, comparing his cause to that of the ex-Wallabies player, explaining “As Australians we are born with the right to freedom of expression.”

The ex-AFL player continues, “The last three-day bender I went on put a strain on me financially and while I can’t remember much of it, I was told it was pretty exy.. So here I am looking to secure $3 million for my upcoming trip to Las Vegas … and any potential legal costs from the fallout.”

But, let’s not forget the real reason behind all this, Izzy Folau. As Geordie Gray reported, “Israel Folau was sacked by Rugby Australia after he made a slew of homophobic posts to his various social media accounts.”

Disgraced Rugby Union star Israel Folau’s GoFundMe campaign has been shut down; Folau was raising money for his legal fight against Rugby Australia. Before the fundraiser was sacked, it had racked up $700,000 of donations.

Since then, another campaign, raising millions for Folau, has been created using a different fundraising service.
