Wollongong-raised singer-songwriter David Beniuk has announced an launch show in Sydney to celebrate his new album.
The New Normal is David Beniuk’s first album in nearly a decade, and sees him take a more bipartisan view to his usual political songwriting.
“I’ve sung a lot about politics but now I make my living as a journalist,” said Beniuk “I can’t be seen to be favouring any political group. I can’t write an anthem for the Palmer United Party.”
David Beniuk launches his new album ‘The New Normal’ at Ruby L’otel on Monday January 26, supported by The Shop Steward. The show is free entry.
