The emerging Tasmanian singer/songwriter fuses an infectious drum beat with sweeping instrumentals and her eloquent yet understated vocals on the new track.
Mary-Anne is the follow-up to her debut single Bike, both of which were produced by Joshua Barber (Gotye, Archie Roach). The film clip, created in collaboration with Tim Kling, celebrates the beauty of her homeland and magnifies our human reaction to an opening landscape.
Throughout the tour, Anglesey will venture to one of Tasmania’s hidden gems, Neika, before jumping on stage at the illustrious Mona Museum. She’ll then make her way up the east coast. Check out the new clip below.
Emma Anglesey will arrive at Gasoline Pony on Wednesday December 7. Tickets available at the door.
