WARNING: This article is going to contain a lot of spoilers for the Euphoria season 2 finale.

Like any typical Euphoria episode, the finale was packed with drama, tears, and just all-around chaos. While some fans felt like the finale didn’t properly wrap up some storylines as well as they would have liked, some tweeted out some hilarious stuff.

Unfortunately, it looks like we will have to be waiting a while until we get our next Euphoria fix since it looks like season 3 won’t be airing until 2024.

Nika King, who plays Rue’s mother Leslie in the show, told EW that she wants to develop her character and backstory in the third season. “Season 3, I’m hoping to see maybe a little more backstory, like where does she work? We never had that conversation. I know in my head where she works, she’s got multiple jobs. But I think it’ll be fun to see where she comes from.”

Chloe Cherry, who plays recurring character Faye in season 2, spoke to Variety about what she envisions for her character in season 3.

When asked who she wants Faye to get closer with in season 3, she said: “Rue. They’d vibe for sure. I think Faye has a story of addiction to tell as Rue does; even though it’s different, I think that they could learn something from each other.

“I also think Rue is a non-judgmental character, and I think that is all Faye needs. I think if they got closer, they would get along because they have these shared experiences and they are both chill girls in spite of it.”

Casey Bloys, HBO’s Chief Content Officer, has assured fans that “[Zendaya’s] going to be in Season 3”, so we don’t need to worry about her leaving any time soon.
