Just one month after being arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment, The Flash star Ezra Miller has once again found himself in trouble with the law.

Once again, the actor best known for playing DC superhero The Flash and their recurring role in the Harry Potter spin-off franchise Fantastic Beasts was arrested in Hawaii, this time for second-degree assault after an incident at a residence in Pāhoa.

Officials say Miller “became irate” after being asked to leave a gathering and threw a chair, which struck a 26-year-old woman on the head, leaving a half-inch cut.

Miller was arrested at 1:30 a.m. during a traffic stop, and was released from custody at about 4:05 a.m. However, an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.

It comes after a similarly violent incident involving Ezra after South Hilo officers responded to reports of a disorderly bar patron just before midnight on March 28 this year.

In a public tweet, police revealed that the “Vermont Visitor” had been arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment

Police allege that Miller had become “agitated” while other patrons sang karaoke and began “yelling obscenities”.

Miller then “grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts.”

The bar owner allegedly asked Miller to calm down several times “to no avail”.

After being arrested and charged on offences of disorderly conduct and harassment, Miller paid the $500 bond and was released from custody.

Their arrest comes at a pivotal time for Warner Bros. They plays a key role in its upcoming Harry Potter spin-off film, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, which is scheduled to begin its global theatrical rollout in April.

After appearing in Batman v Superman: Dawn of JusticeJustice League and Zack Snyder’s Justice League, Miller will also play the titular role in their own DC film with The Flash due to hit theatres next June.

It isn’t the first time the young actor has found themselves in trouble at a bar.

In 2020, a video surfaced that appeared to show Miller choking a woman at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.

A source at the establishment, Prikið Kaffihús, confirmed to Variety that the incident was serious, despite some confusion after memes surfaced online. The individual, whom they identified as Miller, was escorted off the premises.

Miller also threatened to kill Ku Klux Klan members in a wild Instagram video earlier this year.

The star’s pattern of violence has angered social media users, who have pointed out that the actor continues to star in major films despite his crimes, while fellow actor star Johnny Depp was dropped from a slew of projects after ex-wife Amber Heard accused him of abuse.
