Facebook Messenger will introduce a feature that will allow users to delete sent messages up to 10 minutes after you’ve originally sent them.

So all those 2 am gin-induced, feelsy messages you send to people you probably shouldn’t are now a thing of the past. We can’t help but think this is Dua Lipa’s influence.

This new feature was pointed out by Twitter user MattNavara, who spotted that the feature is listed as “coming soon” in the release notes for version 191.0 of Messenger.

This is a priceless tool for the impulsive and overemotional. Thank you Mark Zuckerberg. Now all we need is a Twitter edit button and this world will be a beautiful, painless place.
