Footage has emerged of We Need To Talk About Kevin actor Ezra Miller choking a woman at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.
In the seven-second video, Ezra Miller can be seen asking, ‘”Oh, you wanna fight? That’s what you wanna do? to a young woman. The woman, in a joking manner, prepares to fight. Miller then grabs the girl by the throat and throws her to the ground. The person filming the video can be heard saying “Woah, bro. Bro,” before the video cuts off abruptly.
After much debate and confusion as to whether the nature of the video was the joke, Variety confirmed that it was actually a serious altercation.
According to a witness at the bar, Prikið Kaffihús, the clash took place after Miller was approached by a group of eager fans, who were “quite pushy.” The interaction escalated and Miller lost his temper at the woman shown in the video. Miller was then escorted off the premises.
Ezra Miller is yet to make a statement.
